May I ask what area you are in?I'm also having issues, can't stream SD on a 10MB uncapped account... and the social networking team are useless, I got zero response from them last time after multiple requests for assistance.
I now just log a complaint on hellopeter and wait for them, it seems the only way they respond.
Can't get hold of their billing department either as I would like to know what is happening with my rebate for the 10 days I had a useless connection before I pay them.
Early this morning I streamed an episode of Sons Of Anarchy and it worked perfectly. Popped into the office and when I get home I cannot stream anything.
There is either a lack of international capacity or DSLAM QoS is kicking in and limiting speeds thus it doesn't show up in trace routes.
