and send an invoice to Telkom when done.

lol or not:

Zara: If you do not have a subscription with us, you'll have to contact your ISP And they can send a errror report about this.

*Edit, spoke to Telkom now they have logged it internal and given me two reference numbers, none of which works through the fault tracker website.

I am frustrated too, but tbh... from the looks of it, it really isn't Telkom that is broken (as in my other post):

Telia is broken. It would, however, be nice if Telkom could raise this problem with them and keeps us in the loop.

Seems the same high spike when hitting Cogentco..

Yay, feedback from TelkomZA, they are aware of the international problem and working on getting it resolved. I hope it is before the weekend.

Something strange happening here.
I'm getting full speed on Usenetbucket nzb downloads but get the follow results via speedtest;

They would do well to post about it here, considering how many people have been complaining.

My PM still languishes unanswered.

Still getting around 20% of what I'm paying for. Tomorrow is hellopeter time

Hi.
I signed up for the up to 4mb uncapped.
How much data will I be able to use before it's regarded as abuse ( or throttling if telkom do that)
Also, where can I check my data usage.
Thanks

I think someone managed 640GB last month.
Once throttled, you get a quarter of your linespeed afik

Thank you.
Do you perhaps know how much data I can use before throttling or shaping or abuse? I'm mostly downloading nzbs

Using this info , i did a month or 2 back just over 900GB (not gloating) and i was not throttled so use it as a guideline (this on 10Mbps uncapped). Am happy say that i have moved on to SuperHD streaming from Netflix (unofficially supported here) and few others testing. Time to move on (for me atleast).

4Mbps - 640GB +-
10Mbps - 900GB +-

Someday i wish to post VDSL results :D.
