I wish I had the same option, I have to wait until the end of this month to do anything about our ISP.

In my case it's month to month, usually 30 days but I pay by EFT, so... I can pretty much cancel when I want. But to do that, I need my dad on the phone, because it's in his name.
 
110 meg in 8 hours - Telkom Uncapped is IN SY MOER

Am i the only one who couldn't download last night / this morning?

Please can you help us understand as to why TI performance drops to unusable every evening? There are countless examples posted in this thread every week.

What is TI doing about it and when will the solution be implemented?

I don't ask for better than this on a 2Mb/s line, I just ask for it 24x7

+1. Called the call centre. lady said there is a general problem. The technician s are working on it. But can't say when it will be sorted. Noting else can be done

Had a horrible ping this morning. >4s.
 
Is there a way to cancel online or via email? Half an hour on hold is not how I want to spend my morning.
 
What's wrong guys?

Haven't had any issues, at least I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.

Are certain protocols being shaped? I went to bed at 22:30 and before that I was browsing the net and SABNzb was downloading as normal.
 
The mods should seriously consider removing the smiley face from the thread's title....
 
I must say, I am enjoying my Afrihost account... Having to pay double for data (Telkom and Afrihost) this month to escape the claws of Telkom was worth it 100x
