Telkom Internet working on ADSL problems

I'm saying it's all the upgrades they have been doing....during business hours my downloads are flying! after 5...dead...

Also the floods in Laingsburg is not helping either.....Neotel WACS link is down....
 
As far as we know, the issue should be resolved as of around 17h30 today. If you are still experiencing issues, a traceroute to the affected server, and 1 local and 1 international speedtest would be appreciated.
 
Would Telkom Mobile run through the same route as ADSL? Why I'm asking is that I used to get upload speeds of between 2 and 4Mbps, but lately I get between 0.01 and 0.04Mbps. TM is sending a techie out to my place tomorrow, but I'm not sure if he/she will find anything wrong. When i mentioned the problem on ADSL, the guy making the appointment had no clue what I was talking about.
