Telkom is killing itself

Any advice as to how I can cancel Telkom? I've tried the online thing, they've called me twice to confirm it and it was supposed to cancel today and I was supposed to get a pro rata billing, but NNOOOO, got an invoice today and it's for another full month. I don't have the money for this BS. Pls send help.

Fill in the attached form, make a scan of a certified copy of your ID, and send it to [email protected].

Although Telkom now prefers and supports the new online cancellation form, this email inbox still works and I've sent people instructions to do the same and they've been successful.

Telkom HAS to respond to this in a timely fashion, by law. If they do not, they can be fined.
