Telkom Line Test

I cant find the reason for slow internet service. MWeb keeps refreshing my account and Telkom has done a port reset on the line, but just returns to slow speeds after 2-3 days. I have requested Telkom to come and check the lines and Billion 810 router AGAIN. :wtf: Any advice on what I should look out for? How can I be sure they check everything?

Dm me your MWEB details and tell what speeds are you referring to ?
Is it browsing, email or downloads that are slow ?

Okay you did something now, speed is higher than it should be .... :D absolutely no complaints.
Lets see if it lasts

Hi there MWEB Guy,

I had a mweb uncapped 1mb line which has been upgraded (line + data) to a 2mb uncapped.
Iv phoned Mweb and telkom and no one can give me a proper answer as to why my 2mb line is running so bad.
Downloads i get up to 240kbps then it goes down to 2.4kbps and just sits at a low download speed.
Gaming: Xbox live i cant even play battlefield 3 cause of the Lag and Dota on Battlenet i get a ping of 400 - 1300
I have had this problem for over a month now.
