The new dstv app does not log in for me. Anyone else experiencing this? When I open, the new ui shows with a rotating circle as if it's trying to connect, then after a while an error message. Doesn't get to any screen to enter details or anything.
Uninstall new app and reinstall again. Sorts out the time out of app and activation code pops up

Thank you for some reason yesteday I was not getting the back screen much appreciated. The new layout is terrible.5 dashes , lines, strips - enter a digit and it moves 1 place right, might have to click select the first one with your mouse, tho not sure.

Same... Went back to the previous version, as i just couldnt access the app.DSTV update is utter rubbish!
I just went to play store and used the un-install update option, then log in again. All sorted
Hi I wonder if anyone can tell me if the box supports USB chaining via a powered USB Hub? I Have a few Portable HDD's that I'd like to play off without having to constantly plug in and out. I know that the single port won't be able to power it reliably but will it recognise the different drives if I have a powered hub?

You need to use another device. I used a PC and it automatically signs you into the all when you go to the website the dstv now app directs you too and enter the code on the device (PC in my case)It is not giving me an option to sign in. The screen with the “Enter this code” appears. I cannot do anything else at all. No space to click on the screen or anything? Do I need to sign in using another device like my laptop / iPhone or is there a way I can do it on the LIT box. I don’t currently have a good web explorer on the box either.
Most users have phone browsers not set to desktop version. When I tried to go to the link via my android phone it took me to a mobile version of the website and didn't get me to the page I needed.I actually used my phone to sign in with no issue
