It needs to be a Telkom Direct store otherwise they will only want to do contracts, maybe you should try and call this number 0219149000, they will tell you which stores have the Lit Box available and if you are able to purchase it cash. Kudos to the guy who supplied me with that number.

AHHH, so the telkom shop and Sandton City can't do it - that makes sense. I guess I need to wait for Cresta to get stock then

This is really stupid thou.. you should be allowed to purchase in cash from any of their stores
 
Does anyone know how to identify a Telkom Direct store, Will it have "Direct" written in its logo ?

No problem we are here to help, the more people that purchase this box the better, I would love it if we could get more live tv though

Did you do what I said?
Passthrough?

I tried - and received - both DD and DTS via Plex via HDMI on multiple different files.

What equipment are you using?
 
Ok so this option didnt work. Doesnt matter which convert rate i choose, it gives an error saying it cant connect to plex server. Plex througg kodi works without making changes but that defeays the purpose, using an app to open an app that is on my home screen. I tried to chabge passthrough but gave same error.

I just gave up and now I use VLC. Cound not find an answer for this and might just stop using plex all together.

Sorry, made a mistake in previous post, the play button is actually at the top right hand corner next to the star

When you have selected your movie just hold the ok button then the movie will start

The launcher sucks, installed TV launcher so I can see just the apps I want to.

Kodi, Netflix and Terrarium all working super well, i'm quite impressed :)

Is there any news on the Netflix issue that we can't have the latest app version? I'd like to have 1080P although its not a trainsmash

Okay so installed the LIT box at my folks place on the weekend and to my surprise the HDMI-CEC works well with the HiSense remote.

However the OK button doesn’t do open action on the main screen but rather acts like you are holding it and brings the menu up to move around or delete apps.

How could I fix this?
 
Terrarium TV stream crash: It was playing fine then just crashed to this text box
