I addressed some of the issues we experiencing and they seem to know about it and provided work around that we already using such as netflix and sideloading..

Any update available yet? I LOVE the lit box but the issues is driving me crazy!
 
Btw, Plex works brilliantly. Netflix the HD version recommended gives HD but is a bit laggy for me. Native youtube app is working great too. Can't wait for the update. Any recommendations around a properly optimized browser?
 
Tip for kodi streaming... Found that the default buffer was very small which resulted in lots of buffering from some sources
I tweaked the advancedsettings.xml as per some kodi tips sites and it made a huge difference.

Basically, create a file called advancedsettings.xml
Put the following in it

<advancedsettings>
  <cache>
    <!--- The three settings will go in this space, between the two cache tags. --->
<memorysize>209715200</memorysize>
<readfactor>10</readfactor>
  </cache>
</advancedsettings>

Then drop this in Internal Storage/Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/userdata using ES file explorer. Note you'll need to turn on hidden files to see .kodi inside the files directory.
Restart Kodi and it will buffer a lot more, a lot quicker.
 
Does anyone here have an A06 box with Bluetooth?

You misunderstand, if you're replying to me.
I have a theory that some of the boxes don't have Bluetooth and it correlates to the serial number. I am looking for confirmation of that theory.

Hi..try the telkom direct store at forest hill mall. I tried a few places but none had stock. Only place was forest hill. It’s pretty quiet there so you might be in luck.
 
Post the middle 3 digits of your serial number

Mine is A07 it has Bluetooth and android 7
 
I need stock in Durban. Wife went to get it for 12mnths. They pulled the whole can’t, only in contract bs. I want to to get it cash, even though I know you can get it in contact, now they dnt have stock.

And I should get th nine with the 07 in the serial, to get BT?

Out of contract, only available at telkom direct stores, not any other telkom store.

I am still looking for more evidence regarding A06/A07, it's just a suspicion ath the moment.
