Using the IR in jack on the back...
I'm not prepared to pay R400 for an USB ir receiver.

I'm using the Harmony hub IR. Works perfectly.

I have tried connecting a mike with an aux but neither the AV hole of the IR hole seems to be the right one?? Does voice only work with a Bluetooth mike? Sorry for stupid questions but I don't have a clue!

The AV port is an output : -it sends audio and video signals OUT in analogue for TVs without HDMI.

The IR is an IN , but only for IR.

Only way currently for the voice support is via the app

Take the batteries out and put them back in

A6 and A7 have different remotes to the A11 and A12. Seems that some issues were recieved from A6 and A7

No battery issues as yet with A11 and fresh batteries... , since I got mine.
