Did you get sorted with this? A family member has just moved house and has had one of these lying in a cupboard. I've now taken it but upon setup realised that it too has the v6 firmware and trying to take that story into a Telkom store to swap it out today lead to many a blank stare. Trying to get in touch with Nology directly but ya...

Hey guys I got a 4k lit tv box brand new, was only used once to test if it works and then packed away again. Cleaning out my cupboard and found it. Does anyone know who might be interested in purchasing this box. Please don't get me wrong I'm not trying to sell on forums because I know it's not allowed so I would rather ask if you could lead me in finding a good home for this machine.

Selling is allowed, you just need to use the classified section.

In meantime you can do that.

you need to be member for at least a month and must have at least 30 posts before you can access the MyBB classified section.

Do you still need the airmouse for most of the navigation? And is it possible to pause at any time? With the older version i cannot seem to pause. Its a a pain. And it needs airmouse to select many options which is a pain.

In 3.2.2 it was a pain to get some videos to play, in 4.0.0 that seems to not occur anymore, seeing that these are the modified netflix for android tv apk, even for the lit box that is an improvement

Are you still you using the version that is meant for android mobile? These are the modded android tv apk, to get working on boxes not yet approved by netflix, basicly all you need is the arrow central keys to navigate the app, pause, play, forward, rewind etc, barely any use for the airmouse itself

Regarding the HD, haven't tested it yet but I would also assume so. I was able to get 1080p on the previous modded apk.
