yeah for ease of use there is netflix, for everything else there is the high seas :P

But Latest shows I downloaded were MKV files and it wouldnt play using local cast.

To solve I used VLC, and was able to cast from there to the LIT box.

So VLC was not that successful, while casting, the video would often hang and then I would need to restart the app to cast again.

So not the best solution unfortunately

There was a Gumtree advert posted on MyBB towards the end of last year ... and personally, I wouldn't touched it
 
May have been covered but could not find in thread.
Need help - how do I get LIT box to read from external storage ? Sometimes SO want to watch movie from external or look at PICS

Use ESfile Explorer to mount external storage and play with VLC or other preferred player.

Box saw USB drive and wanted to format it but with the warning that it will not be recognised on any other device. Never proceded to confirm if this is true. Will above overcome this issue if true?

Box, wants to make it part of system drive, not needed to be done. For your requirements, don't do. Possibly not formatted in a manner that the TV box supports .
 
Any reason why I cannot use showmaz? Gives me this error.

Internet and all other apps are working.

Edit: sorted had to delete devices from the profile and add this another device .
 
Hi All,

I need help, my Lit box has slow audio. It sound like have slowed down the audio to half speed. It is on Dstv Now, Youtube and all apps.

I already resetted the box but it didnt solve the issue.

Any ideas?
