Telkom LTE Applications Process

Has anybody been able to successfully sign up for the Telkom LTE Unlimited promotion?

Applied on the 1st of December and nobody has bothered contacting me.

Tried contacting their sales live chat and was told (not in so many words) thats its not their problem.
 
The only way to get anywhere with them is to phone 10213. It might take a few calls and a few hours spent on the phone but you'll eventually get through. Once you get someone on the line the sign up process is fairly simple.
 
I'm in the same situation. Ordered on 1st December with no other feedback than initial e-mail.

Called 10213 at 08:00 this morning.

First call: Waited about 5 minutes to get connected. Explained the situation to service lady, gave my reference number and then put on hold. 40 minutes in and it just dropped :(

Second call: Waited about 20 minutes to get connected. Explained the situation to new call desk member. Gave reference. Again, put on hold and 20 minutes in. Fingers crossed for something to happen...

Just keep trying. It took me three days.
 
Yeah.. took me 3 calls and eventually someone actually just sorted it all out..

Debit should go off my account in the next day or two, then just have to wait for delivery.
 
I used the website function a couple of months back for Business LTE, it took them 4 months to contact me.
By that point I already had something in place so told them to sod off.
 
Just to share my process
2nd Dec online application
10th Dec called 10213 50 mins waiting and spoke to Vuyo took down my details and said someone will call me back
an hour later Freedom called went through application details
11th Dec Received pre approval sms
15th Dec Debit Order went off

Now to wait for delivery

Update
After an hour on the phone with Telkom got my tracking number
Courier company had my modem with them since the 22 Dec and they didn't bother to call me .
So I when to them and collected it
