Telkom LTE Capped being throttled?

Does anyone know if speeds are being throttled? My signal is stellar -70 and on peak time I'm being throttled to 4-8MB... I have the 100GB + 100GB package. So disappointed I signed 24 months...

Perhaps your tower is saturated?

I also think that's the case. How can I find out if there are any other towers I can point the antenna to. I did a 360 but only connected to one tower. I have 2 weeks before I can return the antenna... at this point the antenna doesn't help at all

You need to drive around and inspect Towers. See if Telkom does have any presence.
The you need to make yourself mobile, meaning router and a DC/AC convertor(12Vdc to 220VAC). Unit plugs into cigarette lighter of car.
Then you power up your modem and check how may bars you could see on modem. If you see 5 bars you ok.

In my area there are 3 towers. Only at one tower I could get 5 bars. I think I'm allocated to this tower.

Don't think I get throttled.

If your signal is -70 then the antenna won't help. It's just a very busy time in your area. Blame all the 4K netflix streamers....
