Telkom LTE throttle Reset

Hi guys, please assist. I have a telkom uncapped LTE package, R800pm. During everymonth, after i use up about 300gb's it gets throttled to 4mb and then it resets on the 1st of everymonth back to normal speeds. This month from the 1st of August it is still throttled to 4mb, it did not reset the speed. Do you guys know of a number i can call to check my sim, like a call centre?

Should have reset. Leave the router off for a while. Try to force reset it by buying a very small cheap bundle.
