Telkom meets on takeover offer

Nigerian Competition Authorities

Nigerian Competition Authorities would not allow the deal to go through because Telkom owns Multilinks a Unified Licence holder and Globacom is also a Unified Licence Company but some bribery & corruption will get the job done !

Well, they'll probably throw in some "value added service" like free delivery on crack & heroin upon signing a 24 month contract
