Telkom/metrofibre addressing error

I applied for a new fibre line at telkom more than 3 weeks ago but doesn't seem like it will be activated how does 1 solve this or should I try cancel the order and go to a different isp instead?

You can try contact them, if they don't want to try resolve it, tell them to cancel and go to a different provider, preferably on the forums here (Afrihost, Cool Ideas, Web Squad)
