Telkom Mobile administration not responding

My subscription through my Huawei LTE modem is running out of data and I need to top up as I unfortunately end up doing most months. Today I cannot manage my account nor can I get any response when I open a Help Chat. Besides this 'you/me' whatever-it-is crash today, is there a general problem?
