Telkom Mobile cannot call 0800 numbers

On Telkom Mobile it won't even dial out to an 0800 number, what is the problem here?

I can call landline and other cellphone networks just fine.

Just tried. Works to SARS.

Works fine for me, the calls are not toll free though.
