Telkom mobile connectivity issues

mine's being going off and on everyday for about a month if not longer - my saving grace is that i have a dual sim phone and a second MTN sim - if i didnt have that i would have been screwed! when telkom goes off its not only the net you cant make or receive calls as well.

this contract is only a few months old so i got another year and a half of this crap but if it gets worse i'll have to cancel because it basically becomes unusable, my only worry is that i got a p10 and a smart watch with the contract so will probably have to pay for these cash i suppose ? they can have the phone back but man i love this watch :(
 
I'm really disappointed with Telkom lately, if I roam or use Telkom 3G I have no throughput. Only on 4G. This is extremely frustrating.

A gigof data to apologise and assurances that it is fixed, while the issue is still continuing is the best that they can do, the only thing that has improved is that at least one resetting the mobile data seems to work most of the time and on a rare occasion it doesn't restarting the phone works.
 
If only telkom truly cared about customer service. We stay in robindale randburg and only get edge one bar (if you lucky) way im thinking is if edge only signal here why bother selling phones that handle 4g or new 5g (have even factoy reset my phone to get better signal huawei p30 so not a cheapy)
. Ps no damm tree in sight so dont come up with that excuse
