Telkom Mobile Down?

Was down for quite some time...
Up now though... has been for about 20 minutes
 
Was down here at 04:30 this morning, came back up at 5

No international traffic what so ever, total different network is seems.

And the call center are helpless, they will not log a fault, 'sir, you are connected and can access Google'
 
We have the Telkom Fixed LTE solution and experienced issues with international connectivity. Switched from the external antenna to internal (so i guess it connects to a different tower) and it resolved our issues.

So the 41.x.x.x range is working but the 154 or 197 range, any trace ends at that 196.43.9.102

I have rebooted multiple times, tried all the routers I own, been assigned an IP in all 5 TM blocks, it makes zero difference :mad:

154.x
197.x
41.x
165.x
105.x
 
Weird so on 41 this is the trace which completes, but my other router on 197 does the same router until 196.43.9.102 then times out.

We also started having this issue this morning in Durban.
Can only browse certain websites.
The other websites we cannot access says "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"

Same here. No Facebook, can't access my email etc.

Same here, Bloemfontein. Cannot access emails and certain websites like axxess.co.za. Also a pain to get through to ABSA internet banking.
 
Its very slow for me also. Browsing international is almost non-functional and I have two sites both using LTE and both gimped.
