Telkom Mobile EDGE Cap

Hi

I see that Telkom Mobile basically gives you unlimited EDGE cap.

My brother forced his router to switch to EDGE and downloaded a 10MB file, however it came off his normal cap, not his EDGE cap.

Does anybody know how to make use of Telkom EDGE cap to download files, even though it will be slow?

No such thing exists. Whether you use GPRS, Edge, 3G or LTE - they all use your data bundle.
