Please HELP i upgraded my internet contract from the internet 5 promo to the 10+10 internet last year 05/09/2014 case number 16681167 its 4 months now and i am still on my old internet 5 promo i have tried so many times to get this fixed with you guys but no one seems to care or help me fix this is there someone competent enough in your offices to get this fix or not??? so i am paying for something i don't have , 8TA WHAT HAVE YOU DONE
 
Why dont u go to a telkom store and resolve.. let them contact the relevant department and get u ur data. Alternative u can msg the Telkom Rep.. he will be able to help. Dont leave it.. its ur money
 
i have been to the telkom shop in the east rand mall many times told them whats going on and they logged many calls we even got hold of head office and all they tell us they will get back to us but never do :mad:
 
Stop payment, open a fraud case at SAPS and report to the FSB. This is if you have substantial proof.
 
If Telkom mobile is looking at this thread ; I here by notify Telkom mobile that i have stop ALL payments to you until my service is fixed case number 1668117 ; i have upgrade from the internet 5 promo to internet 10+10 GB on 05/09/2014 its now 4 months and i am still on my old internet package i have not had any feed back on this matter on when this problem will be fixed I am also giving Telkom mobile 48 Hours to fix this or you leave me no choice but to open a case of fraud and theft against Telkom mobile because you are taking money from me for a service i don't have and letting me sign a contract to service that i am not receiving ; i have also sent this mail to your service derpartment and head office ; i will also attach a screen shot of my data balance check where you can clearly see i am still on my old internet contract

Careful with that mobile number, you could start receiving spam.

Seems it's a data sim which lives in a router so probably won't have to deal with spam if so. On topic i hope they will finally resolve your issue and refund for the other months.
 
yes its a data sim 24/7 in a router don't see spam and cant receive calls
 
Telkom you told me on Monday 12/01/2015 the problem will be sorted before Friday 16/01/2015 and give me feed back on what is going on ; you never phoned me not even once this week i had to phone you and even then you could not give me an answer on whats happening; my internet service is still internet 5 promo tomorrow 17/01/2015 a case of fraud will be opened ; what **** service you give to you customers as long as you get the money **** the rest ; i had good service the last 2 years from you what the hell has happened :mad::mad::mad:
 
:twisted::D Thanks to everyone who assisted to resolve the problem appreciate it a lot although it still shows 5 promo but have been told it should change beginning of Feb but at least i have my night surfer back i just hope and pray it does change
