Telkom Mobile LIT deducting from wrong caps

Hi has anyone else had the problem where telkom lit has been deducting from the wrong caps this is now the second month this has happened i am on prepaid free me 10 gb bundles which allocates me with 5 gb music 25 gb video and 10 gb any data yet thy are deducting my youtube data from my music then from my any data without touching my video data and i have complained and then it came right now its back again are they purposefully doing so to diminish my cap and the value added services then again this is telkom of course they are but what can i do about it?

Any help will be appreciated ?

I have the same problem. I changed setting to 360p but still doesn't deduct from lit data. Also, why only 25gb for lit video when they advertise 50gb
