Telkom Mobile LTE not working

I have a Telkom LTE Modem, have had it for a few months.

Was working perfectly. Internet has now come to a standstill, cant even run speedtest.

I logged a call with telkom 2 weeks ago, I believe the problem is with the tower as if i take my modem to a friend who i know connects to a different tower, it works perfectly.

I have not had any response from telkom.

Does anyone have nay contact at telkom that can escalate this, as their call centre agents have no way of contacting assigned technician.

Good luck with that.. I have same problem but cant even get through to Telkom ..Tried to Log a case today and same as yesterday when waiting for a case no I get disconnected .. download speed from 10mb down to 1.2mb. So frustrated ..
