I have a Telkom LTE Modem, have had it for a few months.
Was working perfectly. Internet has now come to a standstill, cant even run speedtest.
I logged a call with telkom 2 weeks ago, I believe the problem is with the tower as if i take my modem to a friend who i know connects to a different tower, it works perfectly.
I have not had any response from telkom.
Does anyone have nay contact at telkom that can escalate this, as their call centre agents have no way of contacting assigned technician.
