So can anyone then confirm if iPhones are banned from the VoWifi and VoLTE options then? I have just updated to Telkom Carrier settings (after latest ios upgrade) now saying "TelkomSA 41.0"but still no option to enable "WiFi Calling" in the menus. If I stick the Vodacom card in, then no problem with VoWiFi or VoLTE. So definitely a problem with Telkom Mobile card on "SmartBroadband Prepaid" option. I have been testing the Telkom side for a while now, and must say, I am totally unimpressed. Then again, I am disappointed with Vodacom too. Tried Online Chat with Telkom, but they cut me off eventually. Tried 180, etc. and keep getting transferred around to beginning again. So in short, Telkom Call Centre agents are no use, because nobody understands what you are asking for. Where to from here? How does one escalate this issue? When I try and escalate whilst phoning Telkom, the call mysteriously drops and you have to start all over again.
