Telkom LTE 4G Internet connection

At the beginning of May I will be switching to the Telkom LTE 4G Internet service using a Huawei B593 router. This router will also be used for my network using the EtherNet connecters. As the router will always be switched on so that my wife can use the Internet connection via the WiFi connection, I would like to know how I could disconnect my computer from the Internet and still keep it connected to the router to use the network. Can anyone help?
 
Give it a manual IP address and leave the DNS server and gateway blank
 
Open router's management page, it should be named similiar to "LAN MAC Filter" (somewhere in security tab), enter your computer's adapter MAC address and set 'deny'.
You can also filter Internet access by IP address, but in such case you must change settings on your computer to use static IP address as well.
