Telkom network refresh sim constantly

Anyone also getting a constant refresh sim notification where network drops and comes back again, even in or during a proper signal network reception?

Yup. It's worse when signal is lower.

Watching it closely for the last few hours, the network seems to go to **** at about xx:50 to xx:57 every hour like clockwork. No throughput in that period. Seems to be fine at other times.

I thought my local tower was just on the fritz, I see my signal jumo fromn -69 rsrp to -105rsrp every few minutes and when it does it, it's a hard disconnect and kills all open sessions, not just the usual tower swap

MY data connection is constantly dying on my phone. WA for example just not being delivered unless I connect to WiFi

I noticed it a couple times too on my Samsung S10. Signal bars will be full then suddenly the no service sign and at the bottom a quick popup message Refreshing SIM Data then signal comes back as normal.

Telkom should explain or rectify this as it not only happening in one area or to one person?
