What has been your experience with Cybersmart as a matter of interest?
I have a mate who is also considering Cybersmart and this information could prove valuable.

Stay away. Currently looking to move away from them.
 
Have already. Didn't find any (grounded) dissing of Cybersmart. Only yours came up, ergo the reason I wish to know why you dislike them. Until I'm convinced otherwise, I'm switching to them tomorrow.

no it dont..or do it include line NOW?? Cause we got 384 3 weeks ago and its the R124 for line PLUS R250 odd for ADSL DO2 ...

Can anyone confirm it include line ALSO now?
 
How many concurrent sessions can you have with the DO3 (4MB with 5GB cap) service?
This is a fibre service, not satelite right?

I'm still with them but want to move away. Gaming wise I get about 80ms to local SGS servers while other ISPs averages about 40ms.

I think I'm gonna try the Telkom deal.

That's a pretty ignorant statement dude. So you're saying you don't report/complain about bad service?

Anyone has every right to bitch about telkom, regardless if they have a contract with them or not. At the end of the day, they offer the best prices, and for me, have been the most reliable ISP.

But hey, flame away :)

you can have about 3 concurrent i think. Most ive used is 2 though. Yes, its SAIX fiber.

The do Broadband 3 package only includes the DSL access (4096 kbps) + 5 GB internet portion, it excludes the normal telephone line rental
 
Okay, so with the latest prices from Telkom, this 4MB line and 5GB cap at R554.00/month, I think it breaks down to the following:

4MB ADSL line = R413.00/month

So, you're paying R141.00 for 5GB cap. That's R28.20/GB and includes 30GB local.
That's not fricken bad at all!

Can I do this upgrade of my line to DO3 over the phone?

You're still in for your line rental of R131.00/month

The free local data stays unchanged. On the new 5 GB Internet package you will receive 30 GB local data inclusive and on the new 3 GB Internet packages 20 GB of free local data inlcusive however watch out for the R15.00 per GB charge when exceeding the inbundle free local data. I am sure they will update their website soon...
