That's the pot calling the kettle n*gger.

(intentionally used the term to portray the hypocritical bs they are spewing)

Urgh...

Telkom could charge Vodacom absolutely nothing and Vodacom would still charge us more for the same service and even continue to increase their pricing for this because, well, because, you know, their network is bigger and fastest and needs this increase to invest in their infrustructure upgrade and maintenance as they believe in quality over cheaper prices... blahblahblah.

Very clever, Mr Joosub... you self-provide to all the easy to reach VC sites and then place orders on Telkom to provide backhaul to the far out, rural and difficult to reach sites? Why don't you self-provide to those sites? Because it's too fscking expensive? Stop bitching and spend your own money.

LLU will be exactly the same. Self provision and facilities rental at the most profitable exchanges, bitching about the increased cost of IPC everywhere else.

nice
never ceases to amaze me how much BS is spewed in this industry

I honestly am surprised that the Vodafone exec board allow this muppet to speak in public... he never does the Vodacom company image any good.

Oh dear, did the propeller-hat boy open his mouth again?
TB;DR

Telkom CEO Sipho Maseko countered with an open letter in March 2014, saying that Telkom had subsidised Vodacom and MTN to the tune of R50-billion in the last 20 years.

This. On the other hand it's well established that the Skameelperd is the Zuma of CEO's.

He make the Peter de Villiers, the clown who tried to coach the Boks, look good!

Thanks Captain Obvious! Also this really does sound like a "he hit me back first" kind of logic.

Sigh

And it's not happening?
Interesting how Telkom's prices tumbled since the other players started self providing. ;)

And funny how Vodacoms prices dropped to R1.20 (and now 79c)* after other providers started offering 99c or less. ;)

*And don't want to hear about network average, I don't speak to people ad hour on the phone, prefer face to face.
