Telkom Problems never STOPS!

Well waiting for the self-installation ADSL. Went to pick up the modem already. Sync light flashing al the time...

But thats not the real problem

My account states that I have sighned a contract with Telkom and PC!

Whatever, I told the lady several times : No contract; no Telkom ISP.

I did sign a collection letter of the modem I recieved!

10219 tells me there is no self-installation free modem available. Whatever!

How am I going to get myself out of this one?

A huge problem

As long as Call Centres excists, this problem will continiue to the utter frustration of the users. The Call Centre idea was the greatest nightmare to strike South Africa-No argument.
