Telkom refuses Uncapped LTE contract

After spending close to an hour completing forms and being subjected to the normal I do not care attitude from Telkom staff I was informed that the Uncapped LTE contract option at R899 is not available any more. There was no supervisor who could confirm or deny this, so I went home empty handed.

Telkom is still advertising it on their website however. Any one know the true facts?

Many guys on this forum wanna part ways with Telkom Mobile Uncapped. Surely you can take over somepne contract

Take mine. Not sure how we would go about it but with Telkom's revised AUP's I would prefer going back to ADSL.

Have you tried arguing with a Telkom employee that their website is showing the product is available? Have you tried to get to a supervisor who have a basic knowledge of their products? Not in Nelspruit...

The last time I checked there was a limited number of LTE routers available per area. So its possible that there are LTE routers available but all the ones allocated to your area are finished. I hope that makes sense
