Telkom rep on MyBB

Thanks. Seems they've unilaterally cut my LTE services (might be across a bigger geography, no way to know). I refuse to spend an hour on hold to their call centre at cell phone rates and email addresses for customer services are nowhere to be found (the one I did find through Google was returned undeliverable). There are a couple of online and WhatsApp self help services that all point back to their call centre. I just can't bring myself to spending that amount of time listening to their delay excuses and bad music / throwing good money after bad.....

Weird.

They generally answer within 5 mins when I call.
