Telkom services offline

Anyone knows what the issue at Telkom is? I have been unable to take out a new contract since last week Friday, because their systems are offline. Any idea when this will be resolved?
 
I am surprised that they are not using a generator to bring their systems back online..

They hooked my MSAN up to a Genny to go very it power.. anytime it breaks or runs out of petrol, there goes my internet...
 
It appears they are online again this morning, not that my order has moved at all. But at least they can now tell me on one call that it's completed and on the next that I am still on softcap and my data is finished.

I applied for a simple upgrade to home unlimited from softcap on the 13th and still, they haven't changed an ISP account.
 
Still experiencing some weirdness:

I've used over 200GB of data (If this means no FUP shaping then don't fix it Telkom :))
