After getting through to the call Centre, not getting any useful info and being "transferred"(call dropped) to the ADSL department I'm still no further along with this.
What are my options should I forced to relocate to a new area that doesn't have coverage for this package? Is it possible to cancel? (how much are the penalties?)
Is it possible to convert to a normal LTE contract?
Is it possible to relocate to a new base station if one was available?

Thanks for all the help.

Take the router to the new area and test it. It it get Internet feed, nothing nedds to be done. Othewise transfer contract to the person who has a coverage. How much you are paying p/m? I know a person who might be interested.

I agree with sajunky, take the router to the place and check what the performance is like.
I would make sure that the router is forced to use 4G only and test with internal antenna of the unit.

If you get signal and the stats are half decent, it's worth the effort in setting up the Antenna.

Currently using TM LTE Uncapped package at the office which dosen't fall in coverage area and this is how it averages:
