Telkom spin doctor exits

Ajith is a great guy and I am personally very sad to see him go. I wish him well and hope he lands up somewhere in the communications market where we will still be able to deal with him.

Seriously wouldn't you?

Telkom have lost touch with their consumer base and is going to start a rapid decline post worldcup. Just another parastatal to bail out with our tax money :(

There is only so many times you can spin at Telkom before throwing up

Parastatals are not listed on the Stock Exchange ....

Voluntary or forced to leave compounded by poor decisions/value add to brand, some might be the exception, core functioning of Telkom is supported by a technical team and not these people that explore outside options. They sit on committees which hinder the "money" availability to expand or rollout some new technology quickly, they are responsible for red tape with government and ICASA.
Did you know the wireless speeds for data transfer at FIFA worldcup venues sometimes exceed 40 meg/sec per user on IMAX/MetroLAN, because FIFA dictates...

Is he the one who did the ridiculous pamphlet last month? If so, then good riddance.
