Thats my point I understand the Bonobo will say what SAIX do and what TI do are completely different things and don't fall in the same group, but essentially they are the same company.

Its typical of large companies to blame other "departments" for problems and move the blame, Leaving the poor customer in an endless loop of bureaucracy where after 6 weeks you end up right where you started with nothing being done about the problem.
