Does anyone know how I can get hold of Telkom Support?
My intention is/was to make use of Telkom Internet, but now I am not so sure anymore.
I have a few issues I want to discuss first.
On the Telkom Website neither the Chat Facility nor the Call Back Facility is working.

Both worked for me :/ but call the telkom number and go to sales is an alternative
 
Thanx, The only thing is 10210 is very costly with a cellphone. My current service provider has very good support and is always available.
 
Business line, close to Durban CBD area. All lines + ADSL out since October 2017. Simply cannot get any support from them. Eventually disconnected the lines totally in February 2018 because we cannot work like this.

Doing a quick search I found several people, even on my Facebook having issues with them.

Don't expect any support.

Did they ever get around to fixing these lines ?

Interesting -- I sit with a very similar problem
Also lines down
Also apparently problem in the CBD
Going on THREE weeks now

I cannot wait much longer
One wonders if this is not deliberate ?
