Telkom TopUp Service not working

It hasn't been working since yesterday.

Basically, I enter all the details and click submit or whatever and I get:

HTTP Status 404 - /topup/servlet/

type Status report

message /topup/servlet/

description The requested resource (/topup/servlet/) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.25

Is it just me? or are a lot of people experiencing this?
