I encourage you that not go to Telkom because Telkom gave you very badly experience for many years and not match your need and let give them lesson. Remember Telkom is changing their attuide when Neotel arrived but it is not Telkom willing for you from themself.

So my line magically starts getting a bunch of errors & SNR degrades and then two weeks later they announce 8mb lines are being tested. Sounds fishy.
Also, if that proposed plan is true and people are going to get 10/15/20gb caps then will the infrastructure handle that? Telkom keeps japing about SAT3 being congested and now they triple the cap.

They are artificially throttling capacity because they don't have enough ADSL lines installed. So this allowed them to charge extra for a "scarce" resource.
