Oh Telkom please stop treating us like children, just give us the bandwidth and let us decide how to use it. Obviously you've realise that the lack of broadband growth is hampering your own development and the development of you major customer. Now you want to give us the bandwidth "on Promotion" provided we send it so that it benefits Telkom. It's simple, we just don't trust you!
