Earlier this year Openserv installed fibre in my street so I changed from my DSL Afrihost service to Openserv/Telkom 20 Mbps fibre at R699.00 p/m on a 24 month contract. All had been going well and I was paying R699 up until last month when I receive my monthly bill for over R1100.00! I queried this with Telkom and got a reference number, so I paid the R11000.00 but this month I got a new bill for R1890.00!
What is confusing to me is that on the bill it shows three numbers with different amounts next to them. One is my regular phone number, the other is a number beginning with B2******* and the third is a TIN***** number. The TIN number ties up closely with the amount I should pay but the B2****** number has R1600 + next to it.
Can anyone please explain why this is?
Thanks in advance.
