It's been a while since I've had to log a fault with Telkom and required to do so today. ADSL PPPoE went down last night (0800375375 wasn't able to fix the problem)
Logged a fault on their web site this morning, around 8AM.
Got a call from a techie around 11AM.
Problem solved at 12PM.
Another bloke in my area also had a similar experience when logging a fault online; quick turnaround time.
A colleague of mine applied for the 3 month trial ADSL. 1 Day later (yes, the next day) he was up and running
