It's been a while since I've had to log a fault with Telkom and required to do so today. ADSL PPPoE went down last night (0800375375 wasn't able to fix the problem)

Logged a fault on their web site this morning, around 8AM.
Got a call from a techie around 11AM.
Problem solved at 12PM.

Another bloke in my area also had a similar experience when logging a fault online; quick turnaround time.

A colleague of mine applied for the 3 month trial ADSL. 1 Day later (yes, the next day) he was up and running o.O!

Good job! Keep it up Telkom!

I also got the free offer, but it took them exactly 1 month and 1 week to actually get to my home. Pathetic if you ask me!

i was waiting for 8 months for a simple line and adsl transfer! finally they installed 2 weeks ago!
 
Telkom isn't upping its game, they only smell money, so now they are quick (For some people atleast, as I had to wait a month for a new line, and adsl connection)
