Telkom Wi-Fi - changing your password

Hi.

I'm praying someone can assist here.

Have a Telkom Mobile service, and am trying to set/change the password for non EAP-SIM device access (ie EAP-PEAP).

On the self-service portal, it says when I try to set the password;
Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.

Anyone with a clue know how you do this ?

12:49:23 PM You: The primary device (i.e. the one with the Telkom SIM in it) connects fine via EAP-SIM.
12:49:31 PM You: I am trying to connect my iPad using EAP-PEAP.
12:49:47 PM You: To do that, I need to select Telkom 1 Connect, enter my username as [email protected]
12:49:56 PM You: And a password which I'm supposed to be able to set on the Telkom self-service portal.
12:50:00 PMLindiwe Constan: On the Telkom site you can only change your login details/password. For your WIFI password you need to access the routers web management interface

12:54:30 PM You: Login to the old Telkom self-service portal.
12:54:34 PM You: Click on Manage Subscriptions.

12:54:41 PM You: Click set WiFI password.
12:54:48 PM You: You will get an error regardless of what password you set.

12:57:19 PM You: I even used curl to post manually to the URL and that doesn't work either.
