Last month it was just less than 5.5GB.

Perhaps a mistake but I'm hoping not.

I got 1.5GB on a 1GB account. Maybe the caps are being relaxed a bit?

Sadly October already. My % usage for September was also 104%.

Same here, but I think it's spilage. They also work on usage updates from SAIX... so it's very possible to exceed your cap. Don't think that they will relax the cap...

cap upgrade for ex 2gb and 3gb users to 3 and 5 respectively as at September 2009, all 1 gb stayed 1 gb. NB local cap usage did not change 30, 20, and 10 gb for "free"

Yeah well Telkom has been in the habit previously to have relaxed capping on their accounts. I won't make too much of a fuss about it.
