TelkomSA usage report gone ape!

Yesterday TelkomSA's daily usage report said I have 800 meg left on local usage, todays usage report says I've exceeded the cap by 27 gig. Which is impossible as I wasn't at home yesterday.

Checked on userstats.saix.net and that shows that I have used in total 35 gig's for the month, which is closer to being realistic still a little high though.

So heads up guys check your usage reports on TelkomSA and log any problems with [email protected]

My word Telkom SA are useless :

I just received a canned response saying that all my sessions were from my line therefore its my data. They didn't even go and tally up the session details themselves. userstats.saix.net says I used just over 100 meg for the last 3 days, TelkomSA says I did 28 gig's.

4 meg on DO 3.

What amazes me is the that userstats.saix.net shows the correct figures, in that it matches to my ip accounting to within a 5% differance. But userstats.saix.net vs TelkomSA usage report is out by 90%
