So we have been waiting for 2 weeks for Telkom to activate our ADSL line, made a deposit payment and they said it will be activated with the 7 day order window. My mom went into a Telkom Direct store today to find out the progress, now they say there is no ports available at the exchange but when I checked on the ADSL checker, they say the service is available.
Went through all the trouble to have our current line converted to post-paid only to get told this.
BTW, checked another family members number and this is the message I got when I check for availability.
