Just a note.
The passed year my company has been using the tenda ac range of AP/Range extenders to extend our clients wifi connectivity.
These devices are really good for the money and can highly recommend them with all of them supporting the modes of AP and Range Extender.
Another note.
If you have an old adsl modem lying around you can also use those as an AP by setting a static ip address for the router and disabling the dhcp.
All the devices connected to this router via cat5 or wifi will get the ip settings from your fiber router
