Terrible Afrihost service

Called Afrihost this evening to help a client that's hosting with them. Emails were not working...

After a 2.5 hour call, the agent suddenly vanished. Waited 45 minutes and he never came back

He didn't know what he was doing and was absolutely useless! I'd never recommend them. I eventually resolved the issue myself

LOL I can give you a list of support tickets not resolved in over 3 months, they a joke, great offerings zero after sales support

Afrihost after hours is non existent. People still using them since they screwed everyone with their experimental network.

I switched yesterday to test since Web Africa is fcked as well.

Well.... My broken WA account did better than a brand new AF account.

Afrihost my ping was through the roof we are talking 900-1800ms

Switch to WA ping is 3 - 10ms

Switch back to AF bomb! ~1000ms

Leaving Afrihost was a good decision for me too. Payment errors and useless support. Luckily I left before their network problems started.
