what scheduled maintenance ? Last notice I recieved was for this -

'On 23 September, between 10:00AM and 11:30AM, we will be performing rack switch maintenance'

I didn't even get that, I just got the mails saying Maintenance had been completed.

This is becoming almost a monthly matter.

I know how you feel, my site has been down since, 9:30 this morning. No emails, no answer on phone and this is the longest downtime!!!
